Pray for our president and governing officials.
Pray they hear from God and follows His Word.  

"Father,  Your Word tells us to pray for all those in authority so thqt we may lead quiet and peaceable lives in all godliness and honesty.  I pray for our president.  May he hear Your voice and receive Your wisdom daily in every decision that he makes.  Lord, surround him with men and women who hear from You and can give him godly wisdom.  I pray for all elected officials in our government, nationally, and locally.  Give them insignt into what is best for our country.  Help them make good, moral, godly decisions in their personal and public lives.  Bring Christians across their path to impart Your wisdom and love for salvation, peace and joy.  In Jesus' Name, Amen"

Pray for our troops all over the world. They put their lives on the line so that we may have freedom in our lives.

"Lord, Your Word says that 'no greater love is there than to lay down your life for another.'   Our military personnel take an oath to defend our country at the expense of possibly losing their lives.  I pray for their protection.  Keep all our troops safe whether they are on domestic or foreign soil.  Keep them alert and full of Your wisdom as they do their job.  I pray You give them comfort and peace throughout their day.  Give commanding officers and chaplains wisdom to lead and guide them.  In Jesus' Name, Amen"

Pray for the Body of Christ to increase in their hunger for more of God. This Gospel must be preached throughout the world with signs and wonders following the Word!

"Father, strengthen us to do Your will.  I pray that You are given first place in our lives.  Your Word says to seek first Your Kingdom and everything else would be added to that.  So many times, we seek what the world has to offer and fit You in later.  We need to put You first and trust You for everything else.  Open the eyes of the Body of Christ to this truth so that we can go about doing Your business which includes bringing others into Your family.  Continually remind us of and bring us across the path of those who are searching for truth.  You are truth and You are in us.  Use me to bring Your truth to others.  In Jesus' Name, Amen"
