As you read these scriptures today, you are making a choice to believe God and His Word and apply His life giving truths to you and your family’s life. “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessing and curses. I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, that you and your descendants might live!” Deuteronomy 30:19 NLT

Today, I choose life. I choose to follow the Lord and be a doer of His Word. I choose to love God with all my heart, my soul, my mind and my strength. I choose to love my neighbor as myself. I am blessed because I choose life today. My descendents are blessed because I choose life today.

The joy of the Lord is my strength. Nehemiah 8:10

Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 1 John 4:4

Your Word is a lamp for my feet and a light for my path.
Psalm 119:105

I don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but I let God transform me into a new person by changing the way I think. Then I will know what God wants me to do, and I will know how good and pleasing and perfect His will really is. Romans 12:2 NLT

I fix my thoughts on what is true and honorable and right. I think about things that are pure and lovely and admirable. I think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philippians 4:8

Christ has rescued me from the curse pronounced by the law. When He was hung on the cross, He took upon Himself the curse for our wrongdoing. For it is written in the Scriptures. “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree. Through the work of Christ Jesus, God has blessed me with the same blessing He promised to Abraham, and I receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith. Galations 3:13-14 NLT

The Word of God is forever settled in heaven and in my heart.

The Spirit of truth abides in me and teaches me all things. He guides me into all truth. I have perfect knowledge of every circumstance and opportunity that comes before me. John 14:26; 16:13

I trust in the Lord with all my heart and lean not to my own understanding. In all my ways I acknowledge Him and He directs my path. Proverbs 3:5-6

I do follow the good Shepherd for I know His voice, and a stranger I will not follow. John 10:3-4

All day long I will praise the Lord for His goodness and His mercy. He is my Rock, my Fortress, and my Strong Tower. I give this day to You, Lord, for Your glory and honor.
